Standard practice
MOQ 50 pcs/style/color, sample $50/pc + pattern $50/design (refundable on bulk), payment 30/70, sampling 10–15d, bulk 30–35d, FOB/CIF/DDP shipping.
Confidentiality
Tech packs, prints, and pricing exchanged with us are confidential. NDA on request. Exclusive custom prints are not sold to other clients.
Governing law
Province of Ontario, Canada. Project-specific contracts may specify a different governing law.
